Robotic Packers helps you track your production lines and measure OEE. We keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to run the app, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, used to sign in and secure your data.
- Your content: the company, lines, shifts, production counts, and downtime you enter.
- Subscription status: if you buy Pro, our payments provider (RevenueCat + Google Play) tells us whether your subscription is active. We never see your card or bank numbers.
- Basic diagnostics: crash and error logs to keep the app stable.
AI insights
When you request an AI deep-dive, we send the already-computed, non-identifying metrics for that line — OEE percentages, downtime minutes, and the top downtime cause — to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a plain-English explanation. We do not send your email, company name, or any personal information, and the metrics are not used to train models. AI is optional; the app’s OEE numbers are always computed on your device/our servers, never by the AI.
How it’s stored & protected
Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and protected by row-level security, so your lines, shifts, and downtime are visible only to your account. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with the service providers that run the app (hosting, subscription management, and the AI provider described above) under agreements that limit them to serving you.
Your choices
You can edit or archive any line, shift, or record at any time. You can permanently delete your entire account and all associated data from Account → Delete account in the app.
